I put up my first site in 1995, it turned into a blog in 2000, and now in 2006 it’s on its third generation. Needless to say, the content here has changed just as much as I have.
I write about the things that I’ve learned–which are usually introspective, at times abstract, but always focused on making myself and my readers stronger and better people. I’m not looking to save the world, but changing a few people’s lives through writing is the greatest reward I could achieve.
Thank you to the many of you who have written over the years.
I grew up in a suburb of Boston and now live in Maryland just outside of DC. In college I studied philosophy and software engineering. My other interests are broad, but most telling is that I’m involved in a couple book clubs and can’t go a week without swing or Latin dancing. I’m also the proud parent of the border collie mix on the right, Dagny.
In May of 2002 I started a technology training and development business, called SET Consulting. Without a doubt, my interest there has become my greatest passion…but I’ll try to limit my business and technology related posts to my other blog, technotheory.com.
