		<description>I think balance is elusive because to truly maintain balance everyday in the same proportions and at the same speed would be boring.  Life is about the ebb and the flow - you can&#039;t appreciate busy unless you&#039;ve been bored, and you can&#039;t appreciate calm unless you&#039;ve been overwhelmed.  I think balance is really just preventing yourself from dipping into the unhealthy extreme on either end, and being able to recognize when you need to start back in the other direction.</description>
