Andrew said last night that I had been “in the zone” for a week or two, meaning that I had been completely immersed in my work. I’m sure Kim would agree with that; I know that I certainly can. And, while it’s nice to be focused, it’s important not to sacrifice people in the process. (more…)

• 7.14.02 "Different Emotions" is posted in Reflections

It’s amazing how time can fly sometimes. But in a month and a half full of so many events, I can’t really claim that there are a lot of new thoughts or deep insights. Sometimes we need to sit back and reflect on all the things going on in our lives…and other times we need to just live out the things that are going on. For me, right now is a time for the latter.
