So much Stuff, not much Time
Some times it helps to place everything right before you. Organize your life, then consider all the options with a clear mind. Some times it helps.
And some times it doesn’t. It’s not about considering all the options, it’s about looking at just a few choices, and then picking just one of them. And then once you’ve set your mind on one thing, you need to limit what you’re going to do with that one thing.
Only with very few choices and very few options within that choice can I succeed. But needless to say, that’s not the situation.
I look around my room and see pictures, stories, and activities. What to do? What not to do? In elementary school things went from start to finish in an hour. Now, everything is about persistence, consistence, and maintenance. And I just have an hour.
So here I am again, spending that hour dreaming. “We all want to be big stars, but we don’t know why and we don’t know how” (Adam Duritz). Well, I hope I can be a star, for myself at least. I don’t know. I’m losing my focus again. T-5 months until graduation…
