Apathy is a great evil. People complain so much, but so often the problem is the attitude with which they approach things. If they don’t think things are going to work out and they go for the bare minimum, then they certainly won’t enjoy anything. And, yes, this applies to the RA position, as I mentioned earlier. I like being an RA, but I don’t think enough people make of it what they could. It can be a job or it can be a part of your life. It’s a really boring position if you just do the duties and what not, and no one really will consider your work as significant. But it can be more. (more…)
