Site Improvements

I’ve been talking about SPAM for the last 20 minutes. Apparently there was a company party here some years back where everyone was given SPAM to make into hors d’oeuvres. Some people made some exotic looking treats while others got together and carved out the company logo.

Well, at least I’m learning here at work… But really, this isn’t what you want to hear after I haven’t written anything in a week. But when you’re working on a computer all day and then working on a customers’ website in your free time, the last thing you want to do is spend time on another machine.

Nonetheless, this site will be improved a great deal in the next few months. I plan on adding a search engine and mailing list. And, if possible, I’d like to add a “post a comment” feature for each of my entries. Once all this is prettier and friendlier it’ll give me more reason to write.

The feedback I’ve gotten in the last few months has been nice. I know the hits haven’t gone through the roof or anything, but I’m thankful to have a nice-sized audience of both friends and strangers. You guys rock :).

Anyhow, life has been very busy lately. I haven’t written very many emails, made many phone calls, or even written in my journal much. But it’s all good. I’ve been spending time with people, checking out Memphis, practicing guitar, working out, and getting confused by women. And for the first time in a while, I actually have money in my pocket.

I can’t complain too much and I can’t offer any deep reflections, not just yet. Don’t worry, I promise to write more in the near future..
